To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience, please review all polices below before booking.
Accessibility
Please note that the main studio is not handicap accessible at this time. Please contact us prior to booking to make arrangements if applicable.
Health & Safety
Please disclose of any skin or scalp related medical conditions, as well as any allergies (food or chemical). If you are feeling unwell or have been exposed to illness, please reschedule to protect the health of all clients and the studio.
Squeeze-In & After Hours Same day “squeeze in” or after hours requests are available for a fee starting at $150.
New Clients New clients are accepted by referral only and require a consultation assessment before services can be scheduled. Please contact us directly to request an appointment. New client bookings are not available online.
Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied to your service balance at the time of your appointment.
Payment
Final payment is due at the completion of your service. Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit card, and Zelle.
Arrival
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes, without notice, and no shows, will result in the loss of your deposit and a potential cancellation.
Rescheduling
At least 24 hours notice is required to reschedule, otherwise you will forfeit your deposit.
Traveling Services Traveling requires a minimum $150 service amount plus a travel fee based on distance.
Agreement
By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all studio policies and booking terms.
Appointment only studio, no walk-ins.
